Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of bangers, a voice-first content engine that turns your voice notes into platform-tailored posts, holds them for your approval, and publishes/schedules them on your behalf. By using bangers you agree to them.
The service
You send voice notes (or text) via Telegram or the web dashboard. An agent transcribes them, drafts posts tailored to the platforms you've connected, and waits for your explicit approval before anything goes out. You stay in control: nothing publishes without your yes.
Subscriptions and billing
bangers is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal, linked from your dashboard - cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on your first billing cycle: contact support@bangershq.com within 3 days of your first charge for a full refund. Refunds outside that window are handled case by case.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use bangers to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk content
- Violate the terms of service of any platform you connect (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) - you're responsible for staying within each platform's rules
- Publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
You own the content you create with bangers, and you're solely responsible for what gets published under your accounts - the agent drafts and schedules based on what you approve, but the decision to publish is always yours.
No warranty; loud failures
We try hard to make failures loud rather than silent: if a scheduled publish fails, we aim to notify you in Telegram within a minute with the cause and a way to retry. That said, bangers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We depend on third-party platforms (Telegram, LinkedIn, Stripe, etc.) that are outside our control, and outages on their end can affect the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bangers and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost content, lost revenue, or reputational harm from a missed or failed post. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
