Privacy Policy
Bangers ("we", "us") is an AI content marketing service: you send voice notes over Telegram (or the web dashboard), an agent turns them into drafts for the platforms you connect, and nothing publishes until you approve it. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can get it deleted.
The service operator and data controller is Valeriia Bratchikova, a sole trader (autónoma) registered in Spain. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account data - your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Telegram identity - your Telegram user ID, used to link your bot conversation to your account.
- Voice notes and transcripts - the Telegram file IDs for voice notes you send, and the text transcripts generated from them.
- Thoughts and drafts - the distilled ideas and post drafts the agent produces from your voice notes and other input.
- Connected-platform credentials - access tokens/keys for the social or publishing platforms you connect (e.g. LinkedIn, X, a blog), so the agent can post on your behalf.
- Short-link click counts - aggregate click counts on the short links bangers generates for your posts.
- Billing data - your billing customer ID and subscription/usage records (Polar handles checkout and payment details; we never see or store full card details).
Why we collect it
Every piece of data above exists to run a specific part of the product: authenticating you, receiving and transcribing your voice notes, drafting and scheduling posts, publishing to the platforms you've connected, measuring how your links perform, and billing your subscription. We don't run ads and don't sell or share your data with data brokers.
Where it's processed - subprocessors
We rely on the following subprocessors to run bangers. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job.

Connected social accounts
When you connect a network (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube and others), you sign in on that network's own consent screen and it gives bangers an access token. We use it only to show you which account is connected (profile name and account id), to publish the posts you approve, and, where the network offers it, to read the performance numbers of posts published through bangers. We don't read your messages, contacts or followers, we don't use this data for advertising, and we don't sell it or pass it to anyone except the network it belongs to. Tokens are encrypted at rest and deleted when you disconnect the account.
bangers uses YouTube API Services to upload the videos you approve to your channel. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to that data. bangers' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can withdraw access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete the data listed above within 30 days, except where we're required to keep billing records for legal/tax reasons (handled by our billing providers under their retention policies).
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA (or anywhere with similar protections), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
Deleting your data
Message the bot with a delete request, or email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days. Step-by-step instructions, including how to remove a single connected network, are on the Data deletion page.
Cookies
Two kinds of cookies. vp_session is an essential, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you logged in to the dashboard for 30 days; it's strictly necessary for the service to work. The public landing page also uses PostHog analytics, which sets a PostHog cookie to recognise a returning visitor, records page views, clicks and scrolling, and may record a replay of your visit to the landing page with anything you type masked. We use this to understand which parts of the page work and which don't. We don't use advertising trackers.
